This peaceful lake house is a haven for those seeking a retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and to create memories with loved ones, while only being 30 minutes away from Pigeon Forge. The living areas are perfect for gathering loved ones, whether it is by the fireplace on a chilly evening or an expansive deck to dine on. Feel free to bring your boat or kayak to enjoy the lake. The boat launch is less than half a mile away and a cove is nearby to swim in. The space Complimentary fishing poles as well as jet ski and kayak rentals at a fraction of the cost of rentals in the area. Please direct message for details. Fish in the cove on the property or out in the lake with kayaks and/or jet skis! Two bedrooms have bunk beds, Two bedrooms have queen size beds, one bedroom has a full size bed. Additionally, the couch extends to a bed as well. The house is not considered Waterfront by Airbnb's terms. The cove comes in the property approximately 3 acres and the boat launch offers access to this cove. The lake begins to lower around the end of August and will begin to fill again by May. As a result, it may be challenging to launch a watercraft from the neighborhood boat launch when the water is low. It won't be challenging to launch kayaks or similar watercraft. Please inquire if you have any concerns regarding this. The house is on well water with the state of the art purification system for the home. Although we drain and refill the hot tub in between every guest, there may still be some brown settlement in the hot tub from the well water, as it naturally oocurs.
