This home provides a cozy 1-bedroom layout with a charming loft area, and 1 bathroom, providing ample space for up to 6 guests to unwind and enjoy the countryside. Pet fee is non-refundable + $150, added to reservation after booking. AWD/4WD recommended. The space Stepping into Dream Weaver, you'll feel welcome in the living room with a gas fireplace and a television for streaming your favorite shows. The living area flows into the dining space and well-appointed kitchen, equipped with all the essentials for culinary adventures. For added excitement, bring a recipe to try the ice cream maker and grill outdoors with the provided BBQ! On the main floor, a cozy bedroom with a Queen-sized bed sleeps 2. Last on the main floor is the homes shared bathroom which has a walk-in shower. During warmer months, open the windows and utilize the provided fans to move the cool mountain breeze through the main floor. Upstairs, guests will find an incredibly cozy loft area with one window air conditioning unit, and features a Queen bed, Full-sized bed, and sitting nook with a telescope, perfect for stargazing adventures! Outdoors you'll find a firepit. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the endless hiking trails and various streams that meander through the nearby forests and mountains, offering opportunities to spot wildlife and fish, and fall in love with the great outdoors. With reliable Wi-Fi available, you can stay connected to the modern world while still enjoying rural living. What's more, this vacation home welcomes furry companions! With prior approval from the host and a $159 pet fee for up to 2 house-trained dogs, your four-legged friends can join in the adventure. Please remember to keep your pets leashed and supervised at all times, and to clean up after them. The $159 is a separate charge outside of your booking. For best access to this home you’ll want to travel in a vehicle that has 6 or more inches of ground clearance and AWD. Please note that while the main floor does not feature air conditioning, guests can enjoy the cool mountain breeze by opening windows and utilizing the provided fans. One window air conditioning unit helps to cool the loft area. Additionally, linens, towels, and a Keurig coffee maker with a selection of pods are provided, along with a starter home kit with a limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish soap, and trash bags. Feel free to bring any additional supplies you and your furry companions may need for a truly unforgettable stay. Be sure you understand the Dog-Friendly rules carefully! ✔ The pet fee is NOT included in this charge and will be made in a separate payment requested by the host after you confirm you’re brining a pet ✔ The pet fee that will be applied is $159 and IS NOT included in this reservation charge ($150 + 6% tax) ✔ You will pick up all evidence of your pet including outdoor waste ✔ Only house-trained dogs are allowed, potty pads do not qualify as house trained! ✔ Dogs cannot be left unattended in/at the rental property unless crated ✔ Dogs cannot be off leash while outside ✔ If evidence of a pet is found after your stay and no pet fee was paid previously you will be charged $300 Guests are solely responsible for knowing and following all current DCNR (Department of Conservation and Natural Resources) rules and regulations regarding ATV use in the area. MVR Vacation Rentals, Inc. is not responsible for providing updates on DCNR policies, nor are we liable for any violations, fines, accidents, or injuries that may occur while operating ATVs. We strongly encourage all guests to check with the official DCNR website or local authorities for the most up-to-date rules before riding. For the safety of our home and security of our guests there are 4 exterior security cameras. These cameras capture audio and video recording and are at the front and back doors as well as the left and right side of the home. Guest access Keyless entry.
