Early check-in requests will incur an additional fee. Our housekeeping team typically charges $50 for early check-in. The availability of early check-in is entirely dependent on our housekeeping team's schedule. Check-out is anytime before 10 am. No late check-out allowed. If you depart later than the specified check-out time, there will be a minimum $100/hour charge. Our housekeeping team runs on a tight schedule and needs an adequate amount of time to ensure the house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized for the next guest.
