Perfect for large gatherings, this huge 4800 sq foot property is walking distance to Notre Dame (about 1 mile). We designed this property in 2024 with die-hard Notre Dame fans in mind. The real treat is downstairs in the basement where you will find an amazing Irish Pub built just for you Pool table, poker table, darts, foosball table, and 85" theatre-style TV. Plus a full bar set up! The backyard is also equipped with a hot tub and fire pit -- great spot to relax with your group. The space 🏈 LEPRECHAUN LOUNGE 🍀 - DOWNSTAIRS BAR 🍻 : If you are ready for the full Notre Dame experience, this is it! ENTRY: The entrance to the downstairs is the door directly next to the backdoor entry to the home. This entry has a code, so make sure you check your instructions for the code. After opening the door, watch your step for the stairs :) **LIVING ROOM** The downstairs living room has yet another beautiful stone fireplace, a Notre Dame-themed bench, and a foosball table for your enjoyment. **IRISH PUB ROOM** After you walk past the living room, you enter a true Irish Pub right there in your basement! The beautiful Notre Dame Stadium wallpaper takes up nearly the entire side wall, and it will make you feel like you are right there in the stadium. The 85" theatre-style TV also grabs your attention in the back of the room, but before you reach that you will find a pool table and bar top. The bar top is equipped with 4 stools and a beautiful mirror backdrop with shelves. If you are coming for a celebration, the bar will be perfect for you. You will also find a sink and wine fridge in the bar top area. Directly in front of the bar top is an L-shaped couch seated in front of the 85" TV. To the left of the bar top, you will find another Smart TV over a poker table. And behind the poker table is a dart board! **RUDY ROOM - DOWNSTAIRS MASTER BEDROOM AND BATHROOM** Next to the poker table, you will find the Rudy Room! This room is the downstairs master bedroom, and it's exactly what you would think. A bedroom with a Rudy theme! Enjoy the comfort of this large master and king-sized bed. But beware, if you are sleeping in this room, the party in the Irish Pub room may still be going on ;) You will also find a 55" Smart TV in this room as well. The master bathroom doubles as a Jack-and-Jill style bathroom as there is another door giving access to enter the bathroom from the poker table area (so, if you want full privacy, lock both doors). 🏠 1ST LEVEL: **ENTRY** The entry is in the back of the house near the hot tub. The entry has 2 steps to the door. **KITCHEN** Upon entry, you will find the beautiful kitchen with tons of cabinet space and a large island. The updated quartz countertops really pop on the navy blue cabinets. Note: please do not put anything hot 🔥 on the countertops. Quartz countertops are not built for heat. There are 4 stools at the island for dining. **DINING ROOM** To the right of the kitchen, you will find the large dining room with a 10-person dining table. This sits directly in front of the beautifully designed fireplace that is covered with stone for a very classy feel. Note: This fireplace is not available for use, but the one in the living room is. **LIVING ROOM** In the living room (located behind the Kitchen, you will find a large L-Shaped sleeper sofa. This can be converted to a bed if needed to fit your large party. This is located in front of an electric fireplace, and mounted above the fireplace is a 65" Smart TV (1 of 5 TVs in the house). **COFFEE STATION** Behind the kitchen and the living room is a small coffee nook station. This area is great for kicking your day off. We provide K-Cups and a Keurig. **BATHROOM 1** As you enter the hallway, to the left you will find the guest bathroom. This is a full bathroom with a shower and tub, and a dual sink vanity. Mirror space won't be an issue as there is a full-sized mirror above the vanity. **BEDROOM 1** Directly across the hallway from the bathroom is the first guest bedroom. This bedroom has a full-sized closet and a queen-sized bed. **BEDROOM 2** At the back right corner of the hallway, you will find the second guest bedroom. This bedroom has double closets and a queen-sized bed. **BEDROOM 3 - MASTER** At the back left corner of the hallway, you will find the upstairs master bedroom. This bedroom has a full-sized closet, a king-sized bed, and a full bathroom with a beautiful open shower. The shower has a bench and a rainfall faucet. You will also find a 55" Smart TV in this room as well. **DRIVEWAY and GARAGE** You can easily fit 4-5 cars in the driveway and another 2 cars in the garage. Due to the house being on a main road, we would not recommend parking on the street BACKYARD 🌳 **HOT TUB** At the end of the driveway is a pergola with a 6-person hot tub. The pergola gives full privacy with optional privacy screens. There is also a fence between you and the neighbor. **FIRE PIT** This is a spacious rock fire pit area (20x15 ft) with 4 comfortable chairs and a propane powered fire pit. NOTE: The house is on a corner lot Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and outdoors. There is a smart code to both the main entry and the entrance to the Leprechaun Lounge (basement). So make sure you have both of those codes. Other things to note We put our heart and soul into this house, and we want you to enjoy it. However, we also know that due to the downstairs bar, it may attract large parties. For that reason, if you do plan on having a large get together, we just ask that you: -Clean up after yourselves -Take responsibility for any damaged items in the home -And keep any party-related activities to the downstairs only (out of respect for the neighbors)
