Our inviting 1,100 sq ft condo is thoughtfully designed to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The primary bedroom features a California king bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and two large dressers for plenty of storage. The second bedroom includes a queen bed plus a pull-out twin, making it perfect for small families or couples seeking a peaceful and well-maintained place to relax near Lake Conroe. Settle into the reading chair with a favorite book while enjoying peaceful views of the lush greenbelt just outside. After a day of exploring the area, the living room provides a comfortable space to relax and recharge. The dining area is perfect for shared meals and conversation, whether you’re enjoying a casual breakfast before heading out or gathering for dinner after a day by the lake. Our kitchen is fully equipped so you can cook with ease while enjoying the natural scenery outside. A full-size washer and dryer are also included for your convenience. To help you get settled, we provide tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, dish soap, and dishcloths (starter supplies are not replenished). Additional items can be found at nearby local stores. Guests love relaxing on the private balcony overlooking the beautiful greenbelt—a perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a morning coffee, or take in the quiet beauty of nature. For safety and security, there is a motion-activated Ring doorbell camera at the front door. It faces the exterior entry and front balcony only and does not view any interior spaces. Video and audio recording activate only when motion is detected. Guests have access to the entire condo during their stay, with the exception of locked linen and cleaning closets and a few small storage areas reserved for the owner’s belongings. We kindly ask that these spaces remain closed. To help you get settled, we provide starter supplies of tea, coffee, sugar, condiments, dish soap, and dishcloths (these items are not replenished during your stay). If you need additional supplies, several local stores are nearby. Guests may also enjoy amenities at the April Sound Country Club—including the restaurant, gym, swimming pools, and social events—for an additional fee.
