This is a lovely 1100 sf oasis. It’s super quiet on a dead end street with just a few neighbors. That will be super helpful with questions or eats around the area. Super close to everything beach 10mins away or less bye car. Amazing Restaurants. Downtown is 5 minutes bye car. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Even though we like pets just Not at the house please. Thank you. Guest access The house and the porch is all yours. The side yard is mind. I have my trailers and equipment that I use still.
