Lg COZY home 5 beds 3 bathrooms/Gameroom! NO PETS!

Work crews or families welcomed to this cozy space with lots of room. No PETS please. Keyless entry, newly remodeled with NEW mattresses with bed bug proof coverings, kitchen, flooring, & couches. There's a gameroom with a pool table & arcade games! There's a smart TV in every room, so you don't have to share. You can relax and smoke on the back patio or even BBQ! This home has everything! Enjoy your stay, be it a weekend or slightly longer. Though it might be tempting NO parties, PLEASE. The space This home has 4 bedrooms, 1 downstairs and 3 bathrooms. It has a gameroom with arcade games, a hot tub(currently unavailable), and board games under the bar area. It's very close to Walmart, Stater Bros. grocery store, and lots of fast food restaurants. There are also 2 parks in walking distance. Very close the Northrop Grumman and quick directions to Edwards airforce base, a straight shot down 30th E make left on Ave E, right on Sierra Hwy, and right on Rosamond Blvd and keep on trucking till you reach the guarded gate. Guest access Front door has keyless entry, the backyard has a covered patio with hot tub(not working right now) with locking straps and a place for the kids to run and play. Other things to note Keyless entry, open door with code, lock door with lock symbol in middle of keypad. Trash day is early Friday mornings.
