Welcome home! This newly renovated and furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is nestled in the quiet neighborhood of Rocky Ripple. Just steps away from the many amenities of Butler’s beautiful campus and a short drive to many downtown Indianapolis events and experiences. Hop onto the Central Canal Trail to the unique downtown Broad Ripple, historical Meridian District, Newfields Gardens and Museum, Holliday Park, and many other fun destinations. The space Retreat to your spacious master suite or snuggle up in one of our two guest rooms. The first offers a cozy queen bed. The second offers two twin beds. The kitchen is equipped with new, smart appliances. The fridge features a fruit infuser and two different kinds of ice in the freezer. Down the hall you can play games or sit back and watch a movie on the wi-fi enabled smart TV. The sectional easily converts to a full sized bed for extra bed space. Kiddos will love the toys and games provided and baby can have a cozy safe sleep certified pack n play to sleep in. Guest access Relax in tranquility with full access to this private single family home with a large fully fenced yard. Enjoy evenings under the trees or sip coffee on the front patio while you hear Butler University’s bell toll in the distance. Keyless entry puts you in charge of your arrival and departure, just show up and relax. Ample parking space in the driveway. Other things to note Butler campus~ .2 miles - 5 min walk Broad Ripple~ 2 miles - 6 min drive or 12 min bike Downtown Indianapolis- 6 miles - 13 min drive There is a nice playground and pavilion in the neighborhood! There is also river access for skipping rocks, relaxing, kayaking, etc. Both are within walking distance from the property! Please note that this is a smoke-free and drug free property. Any detection of smoke or drugs will result in a $200 specialty cleaning fee and you will no longer be able to book with us. No parties allowed and quiet hours are 11pm-7am. If detected that you are having a party or have more than the allowed guest. You will be charged a fee and be asked to leave immediately. While we know accidents do happen, please let us know immediately if something breaks or is not working. If not you will be charged an itemized list for any damaged items on property. Which is to include towels and linens, you will be charged $50 per set that needs to be replaced. Potty trained dogs are allowed. Up to 2 dogs are allowed. Any damages or additional cleaning that needs to be done due to pets will be charged per items damaged and a specialty cleaning fee of $200. Please be respectful of the property and neighbors.
