Walk along the beach and Less than a block away you ll find Redondo Riviera Village with over 200 restaurants, cafés, bars, shops, salons and more. Please read carefully our house rules before booking our cottage. The outdoor patio facing the ocean, located in front of Cottage B (Shangri-La at the Beach) is a shared space available for guests staying in Shangri-La Cottage B Patio is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean views. Please be mindful and courteous to other guests /tenants when using the patio.” Please note that our policy about unregistered guests is primarily for security, liability, and insurance reasons, as Airbnb coverage only applies to guests listed on the Airbnb reservation. That said, quick meetups, pickups, or brief visits outside are perfectly fine, but we do ask that any extended stays or gatherings inside the home be limited to those on the reservation. Mia ***We are welcoming you into our beautiful cottage B and the use of the patio in front of the cottage which stand in your right hand side when you enter property through the white wrough iron gate. Any other area in the property is strictly off limit for all guests . (please refer to the listing pictures) *** We regret to say that our cottage is not set up for people with mobility issues, due to narrow (28”)restroom door and 24” shower door, restroom and bedroom are not at the same level.(please refer to listing pictures) *** Our cottage is NOT suitable for infants and children under 18 y.o . or any individual who is a minor, who is below legal age or the age of majority. Parking Info: There is free street parking (upon availability) , except Tuesdays from 8–11am due to street sweeping. A public beach parking lot is located directly across the street—it’s $7 per day (no overnight parking). We kindly ask that guests park on the street if a spot is available, as most guests do. The area is very walkable—shops, restaurants, and the beach are all within easy walking distance, so a car is often not needed during your stay. That said, I want guests to feel comfortable. If there’s absolutely no street parking available, I do offer the option to temporarily park in the driveway—especially overnight. We just ask that guests move to a street spot once one becomes available, to keep the driveway clear during the day. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! .
