Magical village oasis/golf cart. Active hosts!

This beautiful and clean vacation rental in The Villages is in a prime location near Lake Sumter Landing. This house has a full kitchen, television, internet & use of a new electric cart. Comes complete with linens/towels, washer/dryer, kitchen equipment, patio furniture, screened in patio lanai, free guest passes to use at the many close pools and rec centers, optional golf passes (fee). 1 bdrm w/ king bed and equipped with a pull out sofa sleeper in living area to comfortably sleep 4 people. The space Spacious and stylish 1 bedroom villa. Several pools you can walk to or take a quick golf cart ride to. Many activities including pickle ball courts, billiards, horse shoes, corn hole, shuffle board. No shortage of things to do. Other things to note We do have cameras on the outside of the house however there are NO cameras anywhere inside the house. Guest passes to pools (hundreds) and rec ctrs included with stay. Golfers are required to purchase advanced $50.00 passes (includes 2 passes) for executive (9 hole) golf courses for entire stay. Villages charge a small cart fee (approx 5.00) if riding cart on courses. There are over 50 courses throughout the villages. Championship golf courses and country club pools is a different pass-please reach out to me if that is what your interested in. If you would like guest passes I need each guests name, dob, and address at least 4 days prior to start of rental (as the villages take 4 days for them to process the pass). We have never had any issues with our golf cart due to its wonderful lithium battery however we do have a towing subscription for your peace of mind.
