Other things to note The dome is outdoors, and while we do our best to make it comfortable with portable AC/fan/heater/ventilation, it won’t have the same temperature control as the home. While we can’t control the weather outside, we hope you enjoy the unique outdoor experience it offers! 1.) NO Parties, Events, or Extra Guests: Parties, events, or unapproved overnight guests are NOT ALLOWED. Violation will result in booking termination without a refund. Guests are defined as individuals staying overnight or for more than one day. The guest policy allows for a maximum of 10 individuals to stay. We strictly adhere to this policy to maintain a peaceful neighborhood presence. 2.) Pets or animals are not permitted on the property due to the owner's severe allergies. Our cleaning staff and future guests may also be sensitive to pet or animal dander. If guests arrive with a pet or animal, we will inform AIRBNB immediately and it will be their responsibility to relocate guests. 3.) NO Smoking, Vaping, or Drugs: Smoking, vaping, or similar activities are STRICTLY PROHIBITED INDOORS. The possession, consumption, or distribution of marijuana or controlled substances is not allowed on the premises. Violators will incur a fine. Tampering of any safety devices such as smoke detectors, sound alarms, or security cameras will result in a $500 fee. 4.) Children's Safety: Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising and ensuring the safety and behavior of their children at all times. 5.) Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be mindful of the neighborhood residents and noise levels from 10 PM to 8 AM. 6.) Inventory and Damages: Guests are responsible for all household items. Any missing or damaged items beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest. Please report any issues upon check-in. 7.) NO Mail/Packages: Do not send mail to the property before or after your reservation dates. For packages, please use USPS or Amazon Locker. We are not responsible for lost or unclaimed mail or packages. 8.) NO Business Equipment/Furniture: Guests are prohibited from bringing any additional equipment, furniture, or items for business use on the property. Violation will result in a $1000 fine and immediate removal from the property without refund. 9.) NO Illegal Activity: If guests are discovered engaging in any illegal activity, they will be subject to a fine of $250 and immediate removal from the property without refund. 10.) NO Professional Photo/Video Shoots: Unauthorized use of the property’s name, address, or images, including its interior, exterior, and/or private property surroundings for any commercial use including but not limited to selling, advertising, marketing, promotion of any product/business, use in any print, advertising, TV, film production, electronic, or other media, is unlawful and will be pursued to the full extent of the law. 11.) Abandoned Belongings: Any belongings left behind in the unit after check out will be considered abandoned. Guests will be charged $25 for the disposal of any abandoned belongings. 12.) Overly Stained Towels/Linens: Please do not use white towels to clean the floors or remove makeup. We provide black towels for makeup. Fines for non-removable stains: Towels: $20.00 Blankets/comforters: $35.00 Flat sheets: $20.00 Pillowcases: $10.00 Pillows: $20 13.) Parking: There is no space for cars in the garage. Guests can park on the driveway which can fit up to 4 cars depending on vehicle size. Do not park on the street overnight, we are not responsible for any notices, tickets, or tow-aways. BOOKING ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: By booking our property, guests acknowledge and agree to uphold these policies.
