Relax, Recharge and Reconnect. The space The main floor primary bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, with two vanities, soaking tub, shower and walk-in closet. A door connects directly to the largest porch and sitting area. The second bedroom is on the main floor with a king size bed, two closets and french doors that lead to the side porch. The full bathroom is located in the hallway directly outside the bedroom. The lower level third bedroom has a king bed and features an ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. The lower level forth bedroom has a queen bed and two closets. The bathroom is located in the hallway directly outside the bedroom. The downstairs den opens to the lower deck with the hottub. The den includes a coffee bar and connects to the gameroom outfitted with skee-ball, air hockey, foosball and magnetic darts. Kayaks include 1 single, 1 double and 2 children sized kayaks. Lifejackets and paddles are provided. The free and public boat ramp is less than 3 minutes from the home and a slip is available at the home's private dock. Within 5 minutes are multiple state parks, trails, a public lake beach and a brewery. The home is close enough to Black Mountain and Asheville for easy day trips.
