Just to the right, there's a twin bed—perfect for a little one or visiting guest. As you follow the open layout down the hall, you arrive at a spacious loft area where a twin and queen bed are arranged, perfect for families or groups needing flexible sleeping arrangements. A full bathroom is easily accessible for all upstairs guests. Also upstairs is a private bedroom designed with comfort and productivity in mind. This room features a luxurious king bed and a desk, ideal for remote workers or anyone needing a quiet space to focus while staying connected. Please note that the upstairs space is a A-frame time of ceiling. Anyone over 6 foot may have some troubles with the ceiling upstairs. Heading back downstairs and passing through the kitchen, a few stairs leads you to the lower level. Here, you’ll find a second entrance that follows into a fully finished basement space. Downstairs, a cozy bedroom awaits, outfitted with two king beds for maximum comfort and flexibility. Nearby is a third full bathroom for added convenience. This level also includes an open game room—a fantastic hangout spot—with a futon that can easily accommodate extra guests. Rounding out the lower level is a full laundry room, making extended stays or family living a breeze. The basement ceilings are shorter as well. If you are over 6 foot may have some difficulties. It’s more than just a home—it’s a haven for making memories. Other things to note Reservation & Cancellation Policy: We strictly follow all Airbnb cancellation policies. Guests are always welcome to extend their stay when availability allows, but reservations cannot be shortened once confirmed. For short-term stays, reservations cannot be shortened within 5 days of check-in. For stays of 30 days or longer, reservations cannot be shortened within 30 days of check-in. These policies ensure fairness and consistency for all of our guests. Additional Guest Fee: The base reservation price includes up to 4 guests. Any guests beyond the first 4 will incur an additional fee of $25 per person, per night. All guests must be included on the reservation. If additional guests arrive after check-in, the reservation must be updated through Airbnb and the applicable fees will be charged. Pet Fee: We charge a $75 fee per pet. Pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accommodate cats for short-term stays. Early Check-In / Late Checkout: We may be able to accommodate an early check-in as early as 3:00 PM or a late checkout until 11:00 AM for an additional fee of $100. Requests must be approved and arranged at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Guests who arrive before the approved check-in time or remain on the property past the scheduled checkout time without prior approval will be charged $200 per hour (or any portion thereof). Unauthorized early arrivals or late departures disrupt our cleaning team's schedule and may delay the preparation of the home for incoming guests.
