There will be a fully refundable deposit of $1500 which will be released after your stay as long as the property passes inspection and no rules are broken. The space Tastefully furnished single-family , 4-bedroom, 4 and half bathroom house,3-bedroom 3-bathroom house and a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom house next door with fully equipped kitchens, bunk room with double bunk beds, Can sleep a maximum of 18 guests, suitable for both kids and adults, The parking space can hold 2 cars under house and up to 4 cars on the street side of the house. Guest access Guests will have access to ▪Three houses ▪ Pool, Spool and Pier ▪ Parking for 20 cars . The property features an automated deadbolt that can be unlocked using the access code provided at check-in. Guest must sign and comply with the rental agreement in order to stay. We also require a government-issued photo ID and security deposit on all bookings. Other things to note: There will be an added fee for the heated pool if you’re visiting in the cooler months or just want the pool a bit warmer. Please ask ahead of time as it takes time to heat up. We welcome up to 2 pets. It is charged $125 per pet. Don't forget to include them in your booking for a smooth check-in experience. Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. If evidence of pets on these surfaces is found, the security deposit will be withheld to cover the deep cleaning fee.
