Other things to note No large parties, pets, smoking or vaping inside the house. No visitors from guests without previous notice to us. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. The garage is not available for our guests. Excessive damage to property may result in a fine. Additional rental agreement required for 29+ night stays 30 days stay or more: We require a refundable security deposit proportional to the first month’s rent, due at the time of booking confirmation. The security deposit will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damages or violations of house rules occur.
