Right off of Ziegler Park, the condo is in Pendleton, one of the most walkable, safe and clean neighborhoods in downtown Cincinnati. You'll find dozens of restaurants, bars and breweries, cafes, and ice cream parlors within a 5-10 minute walk. And since we have a pass for you to park in Ziegler Garage it's convenient too! The space The apartment itself is three stories. The living room, dining room, and kitchen is on the first floor, while the bedrooms are on floors two and three. We have a fully-stocked kitchen and a spacious living room. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds, and there is a sofa bed and a queen air bed. Additionally, the condo boasts a private roof deck for your group's enjoyment alone. Please note that the pool advertised is a wonderful community pool, Ziegler Pool. It is a 5-minute walk and is open late May through early September.
