Our pools are cleaned weekly by a professional and licensed pool company. Guest Access: Before You Book – Resort Access Info Solterra Resort charges a one-time Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee for guests who’d like to enjoy the community amenities, such as the pool, lazy river, and gym. $35 for up to 12 guests $45 for 13 or more guests The fee is paid by card only at the clubhouse (cash not accepted). Once paid, you’ll receive up to 2 access cards for the pool and a gym entry code Other Things to Note: Guests must be 25+ to book and we kindly ask that the booking guest stays at the property. A valid ID is requested to help ensure a smooth check-in. --- This home is thoughtfully set up for quiet, comfortable stays. Parties and events aren’t permitted --- Check-in: 4 PM | Check-out: 10 AM (door codes deactivate at 10 AM) --- To keep the space fresh and comfortable for all guests, the home is smoke-free (including vaping). Any violation will result in a $250 cleaning fee --- For the comfort of future guests, pets aren’t accommodated at this property --- A starter supply of household and bath essentials is provided to help you get started. For longer stays, guests may need to replenish items as needed. --- If you’d like to arrive early, we may be able to accommodate for $75 + tax, subject to availability. Check-ins before 1:00 PM require an extra night. Just let us know at least 24 hours ahead and we’ll do our best to help. --- Pool heat is optional and not included in the nightly rate. It can be added for an additional weekly daily fee, and we recommend requesting it in advance for the best experience. When activated, the heater is set to maintain approximately 86°F and typically takes 24–48 hours to reach temperature. Please note that cooler outdoor temperatures (below 52°F) may impact heating performance, and the system will automatically resume once conditions improve.
