Excellent comfortable, functional and safe apartment; located on the top floor of a house inhabited by the hostess, her husband and Luna, an 11-year-old dog. It is located on a closed street in Col. Chapalita, just 2.1 km (8 min) from Expo Gdl and two shopping centers: Plaza del Sol and La Gran Plaza, created to provide the best of stays to those traveling alone or accompanied: Friends, business travelers and tourists of different nationalities. The space The loft is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen: stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, stove with oven, toaster, blender and cooking utensils as well as a small table for various uses. In the same space, separated by a half wall, is the bed with a comfortable queen size mattress, closet, a small armchair and the full bathroom with the necessary items. The terrace outside the loft is shared, since in that area, there is the entrance to the adjacent apartment, however, there is a small table with two chairs to enjoy being there. Inside you will find an electric washer-dryer, which is practical for light loads. However, it is possible to use the washer and dryer in the other apartment when it is unoccupied. Guest access In the house's garage, where you can store your car, there is a separate staircase that leads to the entrance terrace where there are two adjoining apartments: Apt 1 and Apt 2 Shared areas: - Garage parking. - Independent entrance. - Front entrance terrace.
