The living area is amodern eat-in kitchen, with an adjoining equipped veranda from which you can see the sea. The sleeping area consists of3 double bedrooms, two of them communicating with each other, one with en suite bathroom. The second shower room completes the apartment. From the house the center is only 2 km away. - After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). - Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. - The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. - Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week. - It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg. - It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro. - Reserved parking at 100 meters. - Apartment on the first floor. - Two rooms are communicating with each other. - Please note that upon arrival the payment of the deposit of euro 200 is required by credit card, cash or instant transfer.
