The game room includes a pool table ideal for casual play and family enjoyment. 🛏️ Comfort for the Whole Group – Five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, Smart TVs in every room, central AC, and a Pack ’n Play available for little ones. ** Sleeping Arrangements** (Sleeps 10) -Bedroom #1 (downstairs) 1 King bed and en-suite bathroom with dual vanities and walk-in shower. -Bedroom #2 (upstairs) 1 King bed. -Bedroom #3 (upstairs) 1 King bed. -Bedroom #4 (upstairs) two twin-sized beds. -Bedroom #5 (upstairs) twin bunk beds. ***🔔 Pool Heating Information** Pool heat is optional at $45 per night and must be requested 36 hours prior to arrival for the full stay. Pool heats to 87°F; spa to 102°F. **When outdoor temperatures drop below 60°F, pool heat is less effective, and the heater may operate at reduced capacity as a safety precaution. **For safety, the home is equipped with a pool door alarm. **Weekly pool service occurs on Tuesdays. **GRILL** Propane grill available. Guests are responsible for cleaning or may request a $30 cleaning service. Propane not guaranteed). For safety, the grill must remain in its designated location, and the propane valve should be turned off after use. Other things to note We provide starter amenities to help you settle in quickly. These basic supplies are intended to last a couple of days. For longer stays, we recommend visiting the nearby Publix (2 miles away) or dollar store to restock affordably for the remainder of your stay.
