The Cottage

The Cottage is located on the gorgeous shore of Lake Erie and central to wineries, restaurants, and close to the quaint town of North East. Bring your fishing poles and bathing suits along, as our property features an expansive lake front and direct creek access, providing a serene and picturesque setting to appreciate the beauty of the area, world-class sunsets and unmatched views of this unique and tranquil getaway. The property has private beach access and is welcoming to families! The space The Cottage is located in the beautiful town of North East, Pennsylvania. The property sits directly on Lake Erie, overlooking Sixteen Mile Creek, with direct access to Sunset and Freeport Beaches. We have an outdoor gas-fueled fire pit and plenty of seating on the over-sized patio and attached covered porch to enjoy world-class sunsets. The central air system makes the entire home very comfortable and we are certain you will love your lazy lake days. The Space Four Bedrooms (All upstairs) -One King with attached full bath including shower/tub -Two Queens -One Full The first floor provides a spacious open floor plan living area with expansive lakefront views and an open kitchen with island table that comfortably seats six as well as additional counter space for seating. Outside you will have access to a large eight-person dining table, oversized Adirondack chairs surrounding the outdoor fireplace and comfortable outdoor seating on the covered outdoor porch. Other Things to Note Our kitchen is fully stocked with spices, a six burner stove, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee pot. You will also have access to three flat screen TV’s, WiFi, beach towels, linens, bath towels, starters for toilet paper and paper towels. Washer and dryer will be accessible for your use as well. Guest access Parking: Guests are welcome to use shared parking in the driveway directly in front of the house. House/Outdoor: Guests are welcome to use any part of the house and outdoor patio area, including the outdoor fireplace and front porch gas grill. Beachfront: Guests have beach access directly in front or to the right of the property. Other things to note Guides to use internet access, upstairs TV’s, downstairs TV, indoor fireplace and outdoor fireplace are provided inside of the property.
