Adorable 1950s 2 bed, 2 bath ranch located in a quiet and safe neighborhood - you'll have the full home to yourself. It's a 1 mile walk or bike ride to downtown Royal Oak, with easy access to highways 696 and I-75. Detroit is a quick 15ish minute drive! Lots of recent renovations completed on the home, including a beautiful front porch and back patio. The space Two furnished rooms - one queen and one full/double. Both of the bedrooms have memory foam mattress toppers, have a TV with streaming and have phone chargers on each side of the bed. Two full bathrooms - one with a tub and one with a shower. Both include their own hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner/body wash and all towels. Kitchen is stocked with all cooking essentials, including a Kuerig with coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Cooking spray/oil, salt and pepper, and all the supplies you need to make great meals! Upstairs living area has a large sectional, and the basement living area has a sofa chaise. Each have a TV with streaming services. Basement is full of Marvel Comics goodies, and also has an available baby gate and Pack N Play in the bedroom closet. Upstairs hallway closet has some board games and puzzles. There's driveway or street parking. Decent size backyard that's fenced on three sides. Beautiful patio and front porch. I will contact you on the day of arrival with instructions to check in and the door code. Guest access You'll have access to the entire house, as well at the backyard and front porch. Access to the laundry room with 5+ night stays. No access to the garage. Other things to note This is a pet-free home - an additional cleaning fee will be incurred if this is not followed. There are two smart devices in the home in the form of Google Nest WiFi points - one in the living room and one in the basement. The mics are off, and they are not recording. You are welcome to check the physical switch on the back of the device to make sure, however, do not unplug them as you will lose internet and the door locks will stop working. These were installed specifically to ensure there’s fast internet for your stay!
