Seagull Shores

Everything you need, and nothing that you don't! The space Seagull Shores is a small, affordable 1 bed, 1 bath home in the quiet Gilchrist area. You will fall in love with the gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico from the furnished upper and mezzanine decks! You are just a quick trip across the road to the beach itself! At just under 600 square feet, Seagull Shores still sleeps 6 comfortably. The bedroom offers one king bed and a set of twin over twin bunk beds - great for a small family. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. The house features a cozy electric fireplace, smart TV with high speed internet for your streaming needs, and an on-site washer and dryer. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the kitchenware you need to prepare a meal, as well as both a Keurig and regular drip coffee makers. If you prefer to cook and dine outdoors, there is also an outdoor table, chairs, and a sink on the shaded mezzanine deck, as well as a charcoal grill on site. Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are allowed with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies).
