Month-long+ rentals only. * *NO PARTIES: This house is located in a quiet community, and the concerns of our neighbors are our top priority. We have a strict 'No Party' policy, and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.* *PETS: ONLY 3 PETS ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESAs). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking. *Our cleaning fee includes professional cleaning of the house, patio/grill, and outdoor space after every guest. CANCELLATION POLICY: Full refund only if canceled within 48 hours of booking and at least 28 days prior to check-in date minus 4% credit card transaction fee If canceled after 48 hours, no refund for the first 30 nights from the date of cancellation. If canceled with fewer than 30 days remaining on the reservation, the reservation is nonrefundable. If canceled after the trip has started, the following 30 nights of the reservation are nonrefundable.
