Newly built in 2024, these luxury one-bedroom lakeside suites in Homer sleep up to four guests and offer an elevated, peaceful retreat. Each private suite features warm hickory cabinetry, a spa-style shower, in-unit washer and dryer, radiant floor heating, high-speed internet, and a 65" smart TV. A spacious balcony overlooks Beluga Lake and an authentic floatplane base—perfect for quiet mornings or relaxing evenings. The space Set along the shoreline in downtown Homer, the property includes four private-entry suites with comfortable living and dining space, a full bathroom, and everything needed for a restful stay. Breweries, restaurants, beaches, the Homer Spit, and downtown shops are all just minutes away, combining convenience with serene lakeside views. Guest access Each of the four units has it's own private entrance. You have your own completely private living area. The only common area is the wide front porch. Other things to note We have four suites available to book. Each suite is almost identical to the other three. All have the same number of rooms, beds, baths, amenities and balconies. Suites B and C have a stair case that lead to the living areas. If this is of concern with luggage transport we have staff available for any assistance you may need at no charge to you.
