Luxurious Bathrooms: The main floor features a convenient half bath. On the second floor, you’ll find a remodeled full bathroom featuring a brand new, walk in tile shower with towel warmer. Additionally, there is a large half bath off the primary. Hand and bath towels are provided. Primary Bedroom - Features a soft king sized bed, massive closet, ceiling fan, private half bath and TV with Roku streaming device (BYOLogin). A pack-n-play is available for use and fits perfectly in this room. Bedroom 2 - Features a taller, more firm queen bed, closet with hangers and portable fan in a room with a ton of natural light. Bedroom 3 - Features a medium density queen bed, great sized closet with hangers, books to read during your stay and portable fan. Living & Dining Area - Complete with a sectional, accent chair, 55 inch Roku smart TV (BYOLogin), board games, router for the 300Mbps wireless internet, coat rack and separate dining space with room for six. Guest access You will have access to the full home and yard. Please do not enter garage or locked closet used for our cleaning team. Other things to note Great family home! If you have children, please note the furniture and TVs are not secured to walls and kitchen/cleaning cabinets do not have child locks. Additionally, no linens are provided for the pack-n-play. House is fully updated but is nearly 100 years old and has some quirks that make it unique. There are metal grates in the floor, including a large one in the living room that is primarily covered. These are safe to walk on but something to make note of. Onsite laundry is not available at this time but there is a laundromat right down the street. Patio table and chairs have been put away for the winter. Porch chairs are still out.
