We don’t allow smoking inside the house( there is a charge of 250 for broken rules) . - Pet fee $70 small sized dogs $85 for larger dogs or cats -If you are bringing more than the allowed guest limit, you need to let the host know -No loud music that can disturb the neighbors after 10:00 pm.
