House for Snowmobiling, ORV, and more!

This house location is the best spot for outdoor enthusiasts. A unique house that has a lot of room for guests in and outside. It is near the snowmobile trails and ORV trails. Near many lakes,rivers and Rifle River Recreation Area. Within miles of state land hunting and mushroom picking. There is a large yard to accommodate your trucks and trailers to park and ride from the yard. It has been recently renovated but still has some original history. Located just minutes from Rose City as well! The space The house has been completely remodeled! It does have a few spot with low head space, a low beam in the basement. It does have stairs and a set that leads to the lower level with two handrails that are a little steep, but please use caution! We welcome all ages but it is not baby/child proof. We do have a pack n play and baby gate available. You can ride right from the yard on your ATV or snowmobile to hit the trails. The yard is uneven due to nature and animals. Decks can be slippery when wet and during winter. Use caution! We will plow and have steps shoveled for your arrival but you are responsible to shovel and salt when needed during your stay. A shovel and salt will be provided. It is in a county setting so you may see wildlife in the yard. You may also see ticks, ants, flies, bees, Asian beetles(ladybugs) stink bugs and more. During the winter we will have the grill and patio furniture in storage. There is a fire pit and we will have some complementary firewood available. Guest access This is a two level home with access to the entire house. It has three separate entrances as well. There are steps from the main road to the top floor entrance but you can use the second driveway entrance and avoid stairs to the main entrance. The paved driveway on Oyster Road takes you right to the lower level and into the second living room/entertainment room. There are stairs from the main floor to the bottom level. You pass through the original basement with a low beam and the rock foundation. There is a large back deck entrance to the living room space.
