Panorama Chalet is a rustic-modern 3 bedroom home in the Christmas Valley area of South Lake Tahoe - an area famous for valley views and lots of snow! A bonus to being about 15 mins from town is the peace and relaxation you will experience. Unhindered by the lights from Stateline, you can take in the most epic starry nights sky from the hot tub or deck. It's all about the little things here. There is no street parking allowed at rentals so make sure to park 1 in the garage and 2 on the driveway. • Our home is non-smoking. • Quiet hours are observed from 10pm - 8am but elevated noise will not be tolerated at any time. Occupancy is also limited during quiet hours. • Like most homes in Tahoe, our home does not have AC. If coming during July or August, it can get into the high 80s but we do provide fans and a window AC unit for upstairs. • After you book, you will be asked to sign our rental agreement. • Love our home but want to save $? Book during the week for much lower rates! • The garage is on the smaller size and best for 1 small car plus 1 spot on the driveway so 2 cars max allowed here. Contact us for garage code after arrival. • The no hot tub use after 10pm law is strict. • Watch your head on the wood beams while playing pool 🛏 Bed configuration Downstairs: Bedroom #1 - Queen Bedroom #2 - King Full bathroom Upstairs: Bedroom #3 - King Loft area with 2 twin beds Full bathroom Guest access Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets. Other things to note 🚓 Local Rental Laws We welcome guests who are in compliance with the local Vacation Rental Ordinance. Please see the “Additional House Rules” section for full ordinance regarding parking, occupancy, noise, trash, etc. If our guests do not abide by the ordinance, there may be charges and in very rare cases guests may be asked to leave our home. Excessive pet hair may incur additional cleaning charges. - You are responsible for any and all pet related damage including carpet cleans and door scratches. - Leash laws apply when on walks in the neighborhood.
