Security surveillance cameras are installed at the outside parameter of the property. There are 1 cameras located around the property. 1 at the front door facing away from the property. It will be recording when motion is detected. Your privacy is protected. Noise monitoring device is installed in the living room to monitor the decimal level, only to alert the property managers when decimal is higher than normal. No commercial activities and/or vehicles are allowed in this property. If there are any signs of smoking within the property, the guest will be fined $1,000 for violating the non-smoking rule.
