We strive to provide our guests with an unforgettable experience, immersing them in vibrant nature, diverse wildlife, and the cozy charm of California’s coastal mountains. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy full access to all rooms and spaces mentioned within the listing as they wish. Other things to note The two beds in the living room are roll-out guest beds that are stored in the closet during the day and meant to be rolled out into the living room at night. They each have a weight limit of 250 lbs. Additionally, we have a strict maximum occupancy limit of 6 guests at all times of the reservation due to the limitations of the septic system on the property. Kindly refrain from bringing additional guests as we adhere and enforce Airbnb policies and regulations. Because our home is located in a countryside area, occasional power outages may occur during heavy rain or storms when wind or trees impact power lines. These are usually temporary and resolved quickly, but we like to share this information with guests for transparency. Lastly, as the property is located in a high fire-risk area, we are required to conduct regular landscaping and maintenance in compliance with local regulations. Please note that landscaping crews or maintenance personnel may be present during your stay to perform necessary vegetation clearance and property upkeep. All work will be limited to the exterior of the home and the surrounding 10-acre property. Thank you for your understanding.
