The space Sleeps 12 comfortably. 3 King beds, 2 bunk beds, pull out couch (single, single, single, double) 3 full size couches. 3 fireplaces (2 propane, 1 wood burning), dishwasher, coffee/tea bar. Hot Tub, Sauna and Pond that’s safe for swimming. Guest access Full house access including garage. No access to storage basement (not seen in photos) Other things to note Large driveway can hold 6 cars. If there’s a big snowfall we have someone who will plough the driveway at some point in the day.
