Drive just 17 minutes to Eaton Ferry Bridge area where you will find Food Lion/shops/waterfront dining/marinas or 16 minutes to the quaint town of Warrenton where you will find breweries/shops/restaurants. You will find the home has a long driveway with plenty of parking for trucks and boat trailers. A signed rental agreement is required for booking. Community boat ramp with key-fob access is provided.
