This includes: * The entire house and all its amenities. * Private multi-tier patio, deck, and fire pit area. * Private beach and swimming area. * Private dock. * Use of all provided watercraft (5 kayaks, 1 paddle boat). Check-in is seamless with a keyless entry system. You will have the entire space to yourselves. Ample on-site parking is available for four or more vehicles. Other things to note * **Self Check-In:** The property uses a keyless entry system. Your unique access code will be sent to you three days prior to your scheduled arrival. * **Security:** For your safety and the security of the property, there are two exterior-facing security cameras. One is a Ring doorbell camera, and the other is a Ring motion-activated floodlight camera at the upstairs door. Both cameras face the driveway. There are absolutely no cameras inside the home or in any private outdoor areas.
