Pet fee is $80 per pet and per stay. ➤ We have 4 driveway parking space, HOA require to provide these information at least 5 days before your arrival: - All guest names - Vehicle license plate - Vehicle State, make, model, and color. This is important for the HOA registration, unregistered vehicles will be fined $475. ➤ No street parking. Your vehicle might get fine. Up to 4 vehicles can be parked on the drive way. ➤ Please respect the quiet hours from 10PM - 8AM. ➤ Please do not leave any food or leftovers outside. The bears will be attracted by the food. ➤ We do not have cable in this home. You also need to use your own Netflix, Hulu, etc. account to log in smart TVs. ➤ No daily housekeeping. Initial consumables (2-3 days) such as toiletries, soap, paper towels, 4-5 13 gal trash bags etc. are provided upon check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing during their stay. ➤ All bedrooms are located at the 2nd floor of the home. ➤ Please wear indoor slippers and do not wear outdoor shoes inside during snowy and rainy days. Salt and mud stains left on the floor will result in an additional deep cleaning fee of $50 or more. ➤ We do not provide consumables like charcoal, firewood, bakeware etc, please bring it yourself if necessary.
