The Goodview Loft

Welcome to The Goodview Loft, in Fayetteville's Historic Haymount Hill neighborhood! The Goodview Loft was originally built in 1916. The Goodview Loft is a studio apartment. It is located on the second floor and has a private entrance around the back of the property. The loft provides a hotel environment while in the city! Restaurants, shopping, and Taprooms are all in walking distance. The loft offers seating on the deck for you and your guest only, along with a shared fire pit/backyard. The space THE LAYOUT The Goodview Loft is a studio apartment with a full-size bed. It is located on the second floor and has a private entrance around the back of The Goodview House. The loft comes equipped with a kitchenette that includes a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and freezer. The loft offers seating on the deck for you and your guest only. Guest access You are welcome to use the backyard/firepit. Other things to note Studio Apartment Full-Size Bed WHATS NEARBY The neighborhood is fully walkable and less than a block from parks, restaurants, taprooms, The Cape Fear Theatre, shopping boutiques, cafe's, convenience stores, and even a local Ice Cream Shop. It is also less than one mile away from Historic Downtown Fayetteville and the US Airborne & Special Operations Museum. Fort Liberty, Cross Creek Mall, Cape Fear Valley, and the Fayetteville Botanical Gardens are a five-minute drive from The Goodview House! There is a local free trolley that runs on the weekends during spring/summer hours that will take you to our downtown district. There you can catch a game at Segra Stadium home of the Fayetteville Woodpeckers, a Houston Astro’s minor league baseball affiliate. WHAT TO EXPECT Being centrally located in the Haymount community there is something here for everyone. You can expect to hear kids playing at the park, dogs barking, families enjoying their backyards, friendly waves from neighbors in the community taking their fur babies for a stroll. You might be lucky enough to hear the sounds of freedom coming from Fort Liberty. There is parking on the street in front of the The Goodview House that is always available for our guests. There is plenty more parking on the street as well.
