Other Things to Note: • Guest Verification & Rental Agreement: A photo ID, guest registration form, and signed rental consensus are required to confirm your reservation. • Wildlife Notice: Bears and other wildlife may be present in the area. To help prevent visits, we ask all guests to remove all trash and bring it to the community dumpster before check-out. The property is equipped with deterrents such as motion-activated lights, sirens, and "unwelcome" mats to help keep wildlife away. • No smoking or fireworks. • No events, parties, or unregistered guests. • Dogs and cats (2 max) are allowed with a $50 fee. Approval is required before booking. No other animals are permitted, and pets must be crated when not present. • Please note that the reservation number must match the guests staying. Additional guests beyond the reservation number will incur a charge of $100 per person per night. • Possible presence of bugs and spiders due to mountain location. • Must be at least 25 years old to book. • We have 3 EXTERIOR Security cameras (front & back of house, and side entry) that record activity. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes. •We’re happy to accommodate early check-in or late check-out whenever possible! Since we need to coordinate with our cleaning team to prepare the home, we can only confirm availability on arrival or departure day. If the property is available, early check-in is $25 for up to 2 hours and $50 for up to 4 hours. Late check-out is $25 for the first hour and $50 for two hours.
