We also provide essentials like highchairs, a portable crib, and blackout shades to make your travel stress-free. Property Layout First Floor: • Kitchen: Fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, drip coffee maker, and filtered water from the fridge. The dining table expands to seat 10, with 3 additional barstools. • Living Room: Relax with comfortable seating and a 65-inch Smart TV, which includes YouTube TV, Amazon Prime Video, and premium cable. Family games are available in the entertainment center. • King Bedroom: Features a king bed, a built-in wardrobe, a TV, and a dedicated workspace. • Full Bathroom: A convenient walk-in shower and a full-size washer and dryer. • Patio: An outdoor dining table with seating for 10. Second Floor: • Bunk Room: Perfect for kids, this room has two twin-over-full bunk beds, a built-in reading nook, bean bag chairs, and a TV. • Full Bathroom: A shared bathroom with a double vanity and a shower/tub combination. • King Bedroom: A serene retreat with a king bed, reading chair, TV, and a private patio furnished with four lounge chairs. The closet contains a mini crib and a baby changing pad. Your stay includes: • Private Entrance: Enjoy your own separate entrance. • Parking: Dedicated parking for up to 4 cars located under the home. • EV Charger: Access to a Level 2 EV charger for your electric vehicle. • Beach Gear: We provide two wagons, beach chairs, and toys for your convenience. • Family Essentials: A highchair, booster seat, and a mini crib (pack-n-play size) are available for your use. Other things to note • Linens & Towels: Linens for all beds are included with your stay. Please bring your own beach towels and sheets for the mini crib. • Duplex Property: Please be aware that this property is one side of a duplex. The other side is occupied, so we kindly ask that you be mindful and respectful of our neighbors. Quiet hours of 9PM-7AM • Liability Waiver: For the safety and security of all guests, a liability waiver is required to be signed for each person and minor staying in the home prior to check-in. • Our home is dog friendly, with a limit of 2 dogs.
