The home is equipped with Noise Aware, a noise monitoring device, which measures decibel levels only- it does not record audio or video. We will be notified if noise exceeds acceptable limits. Please be aware that violating local noise ordinances carries an initial fine of $2,000. 📷 SECURITY CAMERAS For the safety of guests and the property, we have security cameras for monitoring the entry door, the breezeway at the front of home, and the exterior garage. There are no cameras inside the home. ✅ RENTAL AGREEMENT and GOVERNMENT ID – REQUIRED This property requires a rental agreement and a government-issued ID within 24 hours of booking. Your reservation is not confirmed until verification is completed. Access will not be provided without successful completion.
