Our duplex offers a retreat nestled in the woods of Island Park. 30 minutes away from the iconic Yellowstone National Park, 10 minutes from the picturesque Island Park Reservoir and 2 minutes from the calm river. Summer brings hiking, fishing, kayaking and boating. When the snow falls, bring your snowmobiles, snow shoes, & sleds for a dreamy winter adventure. Whenever you choose to come, you will have ample opportunities for outdoor adventure and relaxation. The space Unit 1 & 2 at Duplex 1. This description is PER SIDE so note that there is two of everything I mention. ◡̈ Upon entering the duplex, guests are greeted by a spacious layout designed for both communal gatherings and individual relaxation. Upstairs, a cozy living room awaits, complete with a TV and fireplace, providing the ideal setting for cozy evenings spent together. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals and creating lasting memories. Two well-appointed bedrooms with accompanying bathrooms offer convenience and comfort for guests. Descending to the lower level, guests discover another inviting space, featuring an additional bedroom with a full+full bunkbed and a bathroom, as well as a generously sized living room. Here, a plush couch unfolds into a bed, providing extra sleeping arrangements as needed. This versatile layout ensures that every guest can find their own retreat within the confines of our property. As we are close to a volcano, the water has a sulfur scent from time to time. We have filters on the water system but sometimes the smell still sneaks through. It is completely safe! Keep in mind this property is part of two duplexes so there may be other guests around the property but you have your entire duplex to yourself. Guest access Guests will enjoy exclusive access to their duplex and surrounding exterior during their stay.
