The space This is the lower flat of a three-flat home located on a residential street in the lovely town of Verona. It sits on almost an acre of land and the popular Military Ridge State Trail runs through the expansive and lush backyard. The space is inviting, comfortable, very clean and offers a great spot for folks on vacation or in town for work. We have high-speed internet, comfortable beds and lounging space, many extras, and a dedicated work space. The home is located within walking distance to pubs, shops, restaurants and a local grocery store. It is a short drive to downtown Madison and other towns such as Mt. Horeb, New Glarus and Paoli, as well as attractions such as Cave of the Mounds and University Ridge Golf Course. Finally, we are minutes away from EPIC industries via driving or the bike trail. Guest access This is the lower flat of a three-flat home. There is a large foyer that you enter. Once inside, you access your flat using a personalized code that we send to you the day before your arrival. We are also available if there are ever any issues. Other things to note Great location - highly walkable spot with easy access to downtown Verona, coffee shops, a brewery, and multiple restaurants. We are on the bike path so you can bike to Epic or even downtown Madison. It is a 10 minute drive to Epic and only 20 minutes to downtown Madison. There is ample space for lounging, relaxing and spending time together. We take coffee seriously! There are several options for both coffee and tea lovers alike. We offer everything you need to cook a big meal if that is on your agenda. You can even walk down to Miller's for the ingredients. There are board games and books for all ages.
