Looking for a cool place to stay while visiting Pensacola? Look no further! Our classic coastal getaway is the perfect home base for all your adventures! This one bedroom apartment has a full kitchen, super comfy queen size bed & pull down full size murphy bed, plus a cozy gas fireplace. This apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful historic home in downtown and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, nightlife, etc. Only 10 miles to the beautiful white sands of Pensacola Beach! The space This spacious one bedroom apartment can sleep four (one queen bed, one pull down full size Murphy Bed). The Murphy bed is located in the bedroom and can be pulled down when needed; we leave it made up all ready to use. Pillows are in a bin in the closet. The galley kitchen has full size appliances, a coffee bar and is fully stocked with everything you'll need during your stay. TV's are provided in both the living room and bedroom. Guests must log into their own streaming services for viewing. Living room TCL Smart Roku TV is set up in guest mode which facilitates easy log in and log out for guests. The bedroom TV is not a smart Roku TV and guests will need to log out of their streaming services from either their phone or their laptop. Other things to note No Pets (Minimum $250 charge for violations). No Smoking/Vaping (Minimum $200 charge for violations). Guests will be charged a minimum of $100 if they stay past 10 am check out without approval from host.
