Green Heart terrace - Narnia

The apartment is a newly renovated penthouse, cozy and in the historic center of Narni, perfect for visiting Narni Sotterranea, the Nera Gorges and other beautiful destinations nearby. On the third floor with an elevator, the terrace has a panoramic view of the entire valley. There are several car parking options and a motorcycle/bike space is available inside the condominium garage. You will find everything you need to cook and have breakfast, enjoying your stay in full relaxation. The space The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. The living room is spacious with dining area and open kitchen, equipped with a double sofa bed. A crib and high chair for infants are available upon request. It is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms, indoor fireplace and on the terrace, smart TV and WiFi. The terrace is very large and habitable to eat outside enjoying the beautiful view. ACCOMMODATION TAX: the municipality of Narni charges an accommodation tax of €1.50 per person per night, for a maximum of 4 nights, from the age of 14 and over, which will be collected through Airbnb near your arrival (in addition to the cost of the reservation). Guest access The whole house will be at your disposal Other things to note The house has a bike/motorcycle storage place in the condominium garage. To leave your luggage, you can enter by car, as the historic center is a limited traffic zone (ZTL) that is only active from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m., from Monday to Saturday, and from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the following day, on Sundays. You can park very comfortably at the large Suffragio parking lot, a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The distance to travel is very short and flat ,via two public and free elevators, and is very nice to do as a panoramic. Parking is both free and paid, in the latter case it is covered and guarded, it is also possible to recharge the electric car. ACCOMMODATION TAX: the municipality of Narni charges an accommodation tax per guest per night, which will be collected through Airbnb (you will find it included in the cost of the reservation).
