Waterfront cottage with Jon Boat, Kayaks, Fishing

This cozy cottage is perfect for the adventurer at heart. Waterfront with 2 kayaks and a small boat with oars (trolling motor and battery for rent). 3 miles to the Beach. Fish for flounder, drum, crabs, etc from the backyard. Use the kayak or boat to explore a sand bar or just float around the Marsh. The View is amazing! Steps from the water. The home is on a Busy Road but once you enter the sunroom you feel like you are in paradise. There will be some road noise. The space Small Fishing Cottage, two bedrooms with one bathroom. Great location if you like the water, but parking and entrance are on busy Hwy 24. Once you enter the home and especially the backyard you feel like you are in total peace. All rooms have smart tvs, that have Netflix, Disney, and Hulu already installed and ready to watch. Full size kitchen with all the cooking utensils and pans you would have in your own home to cook that family meal or to prepare the fish you catch from the backyard. There is a propane grill in the back. Guest access The entire home is for your enjoyment. You only have one neighbor next to you, I own that home as well and it is a short term rental. There is a large 8-9 foot privacy fence that separates the back yards so you won't even see the neighbors.
