There is a community boat launch and numerous parks for your relaxation and enjoyment. Bring your boat or rent one! You have full access to the Myakka River, Charlotte Harbor and the Gulf of Mexico. The area has over 30 golf courses nearby, miles and miles of pristine beaches, islands to explore. The space The home is brand new construction complete in June 2024, and new to the rental market! Three bedroom, 2 bathroom, comfortable sleep sofa in the living room, sleeps 8 people comfortably, three car garage and a beautiful pool with a large pool deck and barbeque. All located in a beautiful area with lots of things to do! Guest access The entire property will be yours to enjoy during your stay! Other things to note The area has over 30 golf courses nearby, miles and miles of pristine beaches, islands to explore, fishing, swimming, snorkeling, scuba diviing, boat rentals, bars, restaurants, hotels, state parks, hiking trails, and unlimited amounts of sun! You can soak up some sun on the south facing pool deck or stay cool in the pool while sunbathing. We hope you find our area to be the perfect place to relax and recharge! There is a small airport in Punta Gorda, which has flights from many points in the US, primarily via Allegiant Airlines. Not much further to the south is a large international airport in Fort Myers (RSW) with many flights. There are also airports to the north located in Sarasota and Tampa.
