Welcome to the recently built Hiouchi Home located off of North Bank and near the beautiful Smith River. This home offers 5 bedrooms that can easily sleep 16+ people with king size beds, triple bunks, and pull outs. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the back patio which boasts outdoor furniture, BBQ and a large hot tub. Ample parking with an oversized garage and large driveway. This home is located 3 miles to Jed Smith Park and many other redwood state parks and is an 11 mile drive to Crescent City. Other things to note Our home is located in a community water district. While we understand water is a necessity we ask to please conserve water when possible We do have exterior security cameras on the front and at the back of the property. Any extra guest over the booking amount will be charged at 50.00 per extra guest. If more than 16 guest are at the property without approval a 1000.00 fee will be added or possibly cancelations of the reservation No events unless prior approval
