Guests will be required to go down a set of stairs in order to enter the condo. Disability access is available upon request (entrance into the slider from the patio which will require you to navigate one step). Guests will have access to all parts of the condo with the exception of one closet in the primary bedroom. Guests will have access to on-site amenities including the in-ground salt water pool, playground and tennis courts. Other things to note The city of Laconia limits occupancy to 6 people. This is non-smoking unit, both inside and outside. Please note that guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. No parties or large gatherings.
