Whether you're here for work, relocation, or temporary housing, you'll have the privacy of an entire residence with the space and conveniences needed for everyday living. Located in one of Cape Girardeau's historic neighborhoods, Rivers Dawn offers a welcoming place to settle in for a month or longer while remaining convenient to downtown Cape Girardeau, Southeast Missouri State University, local hospitals, and Interstate 55. Sleeping Arrangements Primary Bedroom • King bed with comfortable bedding and a walk-in closet for clothing and personal belongings. Second Bedroom • Queen bed with comfortable furnishings and its own walk-in closet. Bathroom The spacious full bathroom features a double-bowl vanity, a bathtub, and a separate shower, making it easier for multiple guests to get ready comfortably. Living Spaces The inviting living room provides a comfortable place to unwind after work, watch your favorite shows, or spend time together. Two reclining chairs offer an especially comfortable place to relax at the end of the day. Barstool seating at the kitchen island provides a convenient place for meals, morning coffee, or casual conversation while cooking. This listing is for the upper-level residence, which has its own private entrance. • Both bedrooms feature walk-in closets, providing valuable storage space for extended stays. • The spacious bathroom includes a bathtub, a separate shower, and a double-bowl vanity. • The fully fenced backyard is shared with the main-floor residence below. • Because Rivers Dawn is located on the upper level, guests must climb stairs to reach the private entrance and a flight of stairs once you enter the residence. Unlike many vacation rentals, we specialize exclusively in furnished housing for stays of 30 nights or longer. Our local team is based right here in Southeast Missouri and is committed to providing responsive, personalized service before, during, and after your stay. From booking through move-out, we're here to make your extended stay as comfortable and seamless as possible. Guest access Guests have private access to the entire upper-level residence, known as Rivers Dawn. This includes both bedrooms, the full bathroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry area. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the fully fenced backyard, which is shared with the main-floor residence below. Each residence has its own private entrance, and there are no shared interior living spaces. Rivers Dawn does not include access to the basement. Please note that stairs are required to reach the upper-level entrance and another flight of stairs once you enter the residence. Other things to note • Rivers Dawn is available for stays of 30 nights or longer. • Utilities, high-speed Wi-Fi, and mandatory monthly housekeeping are included in your stay. • Starter household supplies are provided upon arrival. Because this is an extended-stay home, guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, and trash bags during their stay. • A signed rental agreement, government-issued identification, and a refundable security deposit are required prior to check-in. • This is a non-smoking, no-animal, no-party, and no-event property. • This historic home contains two separate residences.
