The kitchen has a huge center island that is perfect for putting out snacks or casual conversations. Plenty of cabinets, new appliances and workspace. The coffee bar offers French Press, Moto, automatic drip and Keurig. Additional seating in the indoor dining room (8), outdoor dining in the covered screened lanai for 6 and then 2 more dining tables by the pool. Enjoy the surprise of the 4th bedroom that offers both a pull-out couch (full) and a customized makeup/dressing area with backlit LED light- perfect for a bride & bridal party. The primary bedroom has a KING bed with ensuite full bathroom and the two secondary bedrooms both have queen beds. The pool is open air and simply peaceful. Pool towels available. Guest access The home is yours! However, we will have a portion of the garage as well as a closet locked for storage purpose. Other things to note The pool area is surrounded by garden paths, reflective pond and tropical landscaping. This is part of the beauty. Convenient weekly pool service uses private gate to the back yard. The 4th bedroom has a full sized pull out couch with a vanity area for makeup and LED lighting. Wedding venues nearby love this as a 'get-ready' room.
