The property has two bedrooms, each with a king bed. The spacious bedrooms allow for ample space to relax and there is one dedicated work area provided for the optimal work life balance. The living room includes a sofa for guests’ comfort and seating. Please note that it is not intended for sleeping. If you are travelling with a horse trailer, we provide parking for that as well! This is a lower level of a home, there will be occupants with a secure entrance living in the upper suite. The backyard is “shared” with the occupants upstairs. While the space is private, there is an upper-level residence, so guests may occasionally hear normal household noise such as footsteps or voices. We ask all occupants to be respectful of one another, but if you're particularly sensitive to noise, this may not be the best fit for your stay. * The backyard is a shared space and is also used by the upper unit occupants. * The garage is not for guest use. *We only have horse trailer parking and no other trailers are permitted. ❄️ Winter Stay Information During the winter months, guests can enjoy the beautiful snowy surroundings of the property. Please note that snowfall can occasionally be heavy, and driveway snow clearing may not always be immediately available. For your convenience, snow shovels and ice melt may be available at the property for use when needed. We recommend exercising extra caution when walking or driving during snowy or icy conditions.
